My passion for great food, the love of cooking, entertaining & sincere hospitality all started 45 years ago.  

I grew up in our family’s restaurant business Nino’s, Vincent’s, Grappino di Nino and Pronto Cucinino.

My parents, Vincent & Mary Mandola along with my sister Dana Mandola-Corbett and myself grew our restaurants from one small neighborhood restaurant to a whole city block and more of Tuscan inspired venues. My love for foods, entertaining and seeing smiles on people’s faces became my passion for creating Mandola’s Family Kitchen.
